The goal of this project is to expand the rear of the house, increasing its size and introducing natural light, while creating a balance between communal and private areas. Through appropriate architectural changes and rationalising the kitchen space to an appropriate scale, we aim to maintain and enhance the character of the house and the local area. Our aim is to deliver a space that matches the client's budget and provides them with physical comfort while staying within the required parameters for the awarding of the statutory demands.
