This project involves a single-story side and rear extension, which will increase the size of the property and bring natural light into the kitchen. To minimize the impact on the current structure, we will carefully balance the communal and private spaces within the property. By sensitively opening up to the garden with appropriate scale and minimal architectural language, we will maintain and reinforce the local character of the area. The same approach will be applied to the rear roof extension. This will provide the client with a comfortable space, both physically and in terms of budget, while staying within the required parameters for being awarded a Lawful Development Certificate.
