Private House Renovation Galveston Road, London, UK Project 2013

 

The property located on Galveston Road in Putney is a late Victorian terraced house with a medium-sized back garden and four bedrooms. The current layout is heavily weighted towards bedrooms, and the aim of this proposal is to rebalance the space by creating a more generous four-bedroomed house with additional living space and ancillary accommodation. This would be achieved by adding a single-storey side extension, increasing the overall floor area and creating a larger, more functional kitchen.
